This Order amends the Assisted Areas Order 1993 (“the 1993 Order”) by substituting 5th April 1981, the date of the 1981 Census, as the date on which a ward in a travel to work area in England and Wales referred to in the 1993 Order is taken to have existed for the purposes of the 1993 Order.
