  "long_title": "This Order provides that for the purposes of section 1 of the Industrial Development Act 1982 (the 1982 Act) and section 1 of the Derelict Land Act 1982, and as from 1st August 1993 the areas described in Schedule 1 will be development areas, and the areas described in Schedule 2 will be intermediate areas. The Order revokes all earlier Assisted Areas Orders (article 3). Areas described in the Schedules are as they existed on the relevant dates given in article 2(2) of the Order.",
