Article 3 Specification
(1)
In this Order the specification of an area as a development area is for the purposes of the 1982 Act and section 1 of the Derelict Land Act 1982f1.
(2)
On and after 31st July 2000 the areas described in Schedules 1 and 2 hereto shall be development areas.
