  "long_title": "This Order provides that from 13th February 2007 the areas described in Schedule 1 as Tier 1 areas and the areas described in Schedule 2 as Tier 2 areas will be development areas for the purposes of the Industrial Development Act 1982 (the 1982 Act) and section 1 of the Derelict Land Act 1982. The Tier 1 areas described in Schedule 1 have been granted Assisted Areas status under Article 87(3)(a) of the Treaty establishing the European Community.",
