# The Associated British Ports (Immingham Eastern Ro-Ro Terminal) Development Consent (Correction) Order 2025, Note: Explanatory note

This Order corrects errors and omissions in the Associated British Ports (Immingham Eastern Ro-Ro Terminal) Development Consent Order 2024 (S.I. 2024/1014), a development consent order under the Planning Act 2008, following written requests under paragraph 1(5)(a) and a statement being issued under paragraph 1(5)(b) of Schedule 4 to that Act.
