  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order authorises Associated British Ports (referred to in this Order as the undertaker) to construct, operate and maintain a new RoRo facility with three berths additional marine infrastructure, a dredged berthing pocket, and associated development within the Port of Immingham.\nThe Order would permit the undertaker to acquire, compulsorily or by agreement, land and rights in land and to use land for this purpose.\nA copy of all documents mentioned in this Order and certified in accordance with article 33 (certification of plans and documents etc.) of this Order may be inspected free of charge during working hours at ABP’s Registered Office, 25 Bedford Street, London, WC2E 9ES.",
