  "text": "(1) Schedule 1 to the Housing Act 1988 (tenancies which cannot be assured tenancies) is amended in accordance with paragraph (2).\n(2) In sub-paragraph (1)(b) of paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 (tenancies of dwelling-houses with high rateable values) for “£25,000” substitute “£100,000”.",
