# The Assured Tenancies (Amendment)(England) Order 2010, Article 3: Increase in rental threshold


(1) Schedule 1 to the Housing Act 1988 (tenancies which cannot be assured tenancies) is amended in accordance with paragraph (2).
(2) In sub-paragraph (1)(b) of paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 (tenancies of dwelling-houses with high rateable values) for “£25,000” substitute “£100,000”.
