  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order, which applies in relation to England only, amends the amount of annual rent above which a tenancy cannot be an assured tenancy under paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 to the Housing Act 1988. The amount is increased from £25,000 to £100,000 with effect from the date the Order comes into force.\nAn impact assessment has been prepared in respect of this Order. It has been deposited in the Library of each House of Parliament and is available from the Department for Communities and Local Government, Eland House, Bressenden Place, London SW1E 5DR or email Julia.gristwood@communities.gsi.gov.uk.",
