  "text": "This Statutory Instrument has been made in consequence of a defect in S.I. 1988/919 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that Statutory Instrument.\nLANDLORD AND TENANT\nMade 13th July 1988\nLaid before Parliament 22nd July 1988\nComing into force 12th August 1988\nThe Secretary of State for the Environment, as respects England, and the Secretary of State for Wales, as respects Wales, in exercise of the powers conferred upon them by section 56(4) of the Housing Act 1980, and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Order:",
