  "text": "For paragraph (c) of regulation 2 of the Assured Tenancies (Exceptions) (Scotland) Regulations 1988() there shall be substituted the following paragraph:–\n“(c) any designated institution within the meaning of section 44(2) of the Further and Higher Education (Scotland) Act 1992();”.",
