  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order varies the Assynt – Coigach Area Protection Order 2004 (S.S.I. 2004/260) (“the 2004 Order”) by omitting article 1(2) of the 2004 Order, which provided that the 2004 Order would cease to have effect on 7th October 2006. The effect of this variation is to continue the 2004 Order in force without limit of time.",
