The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by sections 26(8) and (9) of the Asylum and Immigration (Treatment of Claimants, etc.) Act 2004^f1, after consulting in accordance with section 26(10) of that Act, hereby makes the following Order:
