# The Asylum and Immigration Tribunal (Fast Track Procedure) Rules 2005, Article 10: Filing of documents by respondent


The respondent must file the documents listed in rule 13(1) of the Principal Rules not later than 2 days after the day on which the Tribunal serves the respondent with the notice of appeal.
