Article 24 Application of Section 3 of Part 3 of the Principal Rules

Where this Part applies to an application for permission to appeal to the appropriate appellate court, the following provisions of Section 3 of Part 3 of the Principal Rules apply—

(a)

rule 34(1) to (3); and

(b)

rule 36.
