# The Asylum and Immigration Tribunal (Fast Track Procedure) Rules 2005, Article 26: Time limit for determining the application


The Tribunal must determine the application for permission to appeal, and serve its determination on every party, not later than 1 day after the day on which the Tribunal receives the application notice.
