# The Asylum and Immigration Tribunal (Procedure) (Amendment) Rules 2005, Article 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation


(1) These Rules may be cited as the Asylum and Immigration Tribunal (Procedure) (Amendment) Rules 2005 and shall come into force on 4th April 2005.
(2) In these Rules, a reference to a rule by number alone refers to the rule so numbered in the Asylum and Immigration Tribunal (Procedure) Rules 2005.
