# The Asylum and Immigration Tribunal (Procedure) (Amendment) Rules 2008, Rule 2: Amendments to the Asylum and Immigration Tribunal (Procedure) Rules 2005

For rule 8(2) substitute—
“(2) The notice of appeal must be accompanied by—
(a) the notice of decision against which the appellant is appealing; or
(b) if it is not practicable to include the notice of decision, the reasons why it is not practicable.”.
