  "heading": "Certification of pending appeal",
  "text": "(1) If the Secretary of State or an immigration officer issues a certificate under section 97 or 98 of the 2002 Act which relates to a pending appeal, he must file notice of the certification with the Tribunal.\n(2) Where a notice of certification is filed under paragraph (1), the Tribunal must—\n(a) notify the parties; and\n(b) take no further action in relation to the appeal.",
