  "text": "(1) This Part applies to applications under the Immigration Acts to the Tribunal, by persons detained under those Acts, to be released on bail.\n(2) In this Part, “applicant” means a person applying to the Tribunal to be released on bail.\n(3) The parties to a bail application are the applicant and the Secretary of State.",
