Article 25 Hearing of appeal in absence of appellant or other party

—In rule 34 of the 1984 Rules—

(a)

the reference in paragraph (2) to rule 24 (of the 1984 Rules) shall be taken to be a reference to rules 6 and 10(2) of these Rules (in the case of a hearing before a special adjudicator) and to rules 14(2) and 18(2) of these Rules (in the case of a hearing before the Tribunal); and

(b)

paragraph (5)(a) shall be omitted.
