—In rule 44(1) of the 1984 Rules—

(a)

in paragraph (c) for the words “to the Immigration and Nationality Department (Appeals Section)” there shall be substituted the words “to the Appeals Support Section of the Asylum Division”; and

(b)

paragraph (d) shall be omitted.
