  "text": "(1) These Rules shall apply to all asylum appeals.\n(2) Subject as provided by these Rules, the 1984 Rules shall not apply to asylum appeals.\n(3) These Rules shall apply only to asylum appeals brought in respect of decisions made after these Rules have come into force.",
