The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 22 of, and paragraph 25 of Schedule 2 to, the Immigration Act 1971^f1 and now vested in him ^f2, after consultation with the Council on Tribunals in accordance with section 8 of the Tribunals and Inquiries Act 1992 ^f3, hereby makes the following Rules:
