  "text": "IMMIGRATION\nMade 14th February 2005\nComing into force 15th February 2005\nWhereas a draft of this Order has been laid before and approved by resolution of each House of Parliament;\nAnd whereas the Secretary of State is satisfied that there is in general in the State to be added by article 2 of this Order no serious risk of persecution of persons entitled to reside in that State and that removal to that State of persons entitled to reside there will not in general contravene the United Kingdom’s obligations under the Human Rights Convention;\nNow, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 94(5) of the Nationality, Immigration and Asylum Act 2002, the Secretary of State hereby makes the following Order:",
