Coming into force 1st January 2007
The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the power conferred upon him by paragraph 20(1) of Schedule 3 to the Asylum and Immigration (Treatment of Claimants, etc.) Act 2004f1;
In accordance with paragraph 21(1) of Schedule 3 to that Act a draft of this Order was laid before and approved by resolution of each House of Parliament
