  "text": "In these Regulations –\n“the 1997 Act” means the Special Immigration Appeals Commission Act 1997;\n“the 2002 Act” means the Nationality, Immigration and Asylum Act 2002;\n“asylum claim” and “human rights claim” have the meanings given to them in section 113 of the 2002 Act.",
