# The Asylum Seekers (Reception Conditions) Regulations 2005, Regulation 1: Citation and commencement


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Asylum Seekers (Reception Conditions) Regulations 2005 and shall come into force on 5th February 2005.
(2) These Regulations shall only apply to a person whose claim for asylum is recorded on or after 5th February 2005.
