These Regulations amend the Asylum Support Regulations 2000 (“the 2000 Regulations”) (S.I. 2000/704) by providing that the Secretary of State may not entertain an application for support where he is not satisfied that the information provided is complete or accurate or that the applicant is co-operating with his enquiries. The Regulations also amend the Application Form for support set out in the Schedule to the 2000 Regulations.
