In Note 2,

(a)

After “If you do tick “Yes”, please provide details in the box about your claim for asylum or appeal.”, insert—

“This includes information on your route to the United Kingdom, method of entry to the United Kingdom and when and where you applied for asylum. If you did not apply for asylum at the port immediately on arrival, you will also need to provide an explanation.”.

(b)

After “You should always give any reference number that the Integrated Casework Directorate (ICD) has given you”, insert “(e.g. your Home Office reference number)”.

(c)

After “for example, a Port reference number (TN4/123/99)”, insert “or an IFB reference number (IFB02/002768/Q) if you have been issued with an Applicant Registration Card”.
