Coming into force 4th June 2004
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 166(3) of, and paragraphs 1, 3(a), 4 and 12 of Schedule 8 to, the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999 hereby makes the following Regulations:
