# The Asylum Support (Amendment) (No.2) Regulations 2004, Regulation 2: Amendment of regulation 10(2) of the Asylum Support Regulations 2000


Regulation 10(2) of the Asylum Support Regulations 2000 (“the 2000 Regulations”) is amended as follows—
(a) for “vouchers redeemable for cash whose total redemption value, for any week, equals” substitute “cash, equal to”;
(b) delete “, or a cash payment of that amount”.
