  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations, which come into force on 3rd March 2003, provide for additional weekly payments to be made, as a general rule, to pregnant women and in respect of children aged under 3, for whom asylum support is provided. The weekly payments are made in the form of vouchers redeemable for cash.",
