  "text": "In regulation 20 of the Asylum Support Regulations 2000—\n(a) in paragraph (1)—\n(i) at the end of sub-paragraph (j), omit “or”;\n(ii) in sub-paragraph (k), for “condition.” substitute “condition; or”;\n(iii) after sub-paragraph (k), insert—\n“(l) the Secretary of State has reasonable grounds to believe that the supported person or a dependant of his for whom support is being provided has worked at a time when he was disqualified from working by reason of his immigration status.”.\n(b) in paragraph (6)—\n(i) in sub-paragraph (e), for “dependant.” substitute “dependant;”;\n(ii) after sub-paragraph (e), insert—\n“(f) a person is disqualified from working by reason of his immigration status if he is so disqualified within the meaning given by section 24B(2) of the Immigration Act 1971 (illegal working).”.",
