Coming into force 4th April 2004
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by paragraph 15 of Schedule 9 to the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999 and having regard to the definition of “prescribed” in section 167(1) of that Act, makes the following Regulations—
