Laid before Parliament 15th November 1999
Coming into force 6th December 1999
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 94 and 166 of, and paragraphs 1, 2, 4 to 7, 9, 11 and 13 to 15 of Schedule 9 to, the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999, hereby makes the following Regulations:
