# The Asylum Support (Interim Provisions) Regulations 1999, Regulation 9: Transfer of a claim for support or responsibility for providing support by a local authority


A local authority may transfer a claim for support made to them, or responsibility for providing support, to another local authority on such terms as may be agreed between the two authorities.
