# Atomic Energy Authority Act 1959, Section 1: Increase of maximum number of members of Authority.


In subsection (2) of section one of the Atomic Energy Authority Act, 1954 (which provides that the United Kingdom Atomic Energy Authority shall consist of a chairman and not less than seven nor more than ten other members) for the word “ten” there shall be substituted the word “fifteen”.
