# Atomic Energy Authority Act 1959, Section 2: Provision of pensions for staff of the National Institute for Research in Nuclear Science.


Any scheme maintained by the United Kingdom Atomic Energy Authority under sub-paragraph (2) of paragraph 7 of the First Schedule to the Atomic Energy Authority Act 1954 (which enables the Authority to pay pensions, or to provide and maintain pension schemes, for their officers and other persons employed by them) may apply to officers and other persons employed by the National Institute for Research in Nuclear Science as well as to officers and other persons employed by the Authority.
