  "text": "This Order fixes the 1st April 1971 as the appointed day for the purposes of sections 1 and 2 of the Atomic Energy Authority Act 1971 and, accordingly, it is upon that date that the transfers provided for in that Act of parts of the undertaking of the United Kingdom Atomic Energy Authority to British Nuclear Fuels Limited and The Radiochemical Centre Limited will take place.",
