  "text": "In the application of this Schedule to Northern Ireland—\n(a) in paragraph 3(2)(d) the reference to a government department shall be construed as including a reference to a department of the Government of Northern Ireland ; and\n(b) in paragraph 4(1), for the reference to section 3 of the Special Constables Act 1923 there shall be substituted a reference to paragraph 1(2) of Schedule 2 to the Emergency Laws (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1947.",
