# Atomic Energy Authority (Weapons Group) Act 1973, Section 7: Stamp duty.


Property vested in the Secretary of State for Defence by virtue of section 1 of this Act shall not be treated as so vested by way of sale for the purposes of section 12 of the Finance Act 1895 (which requires Acts to be stamped as conveyances on sale in certain cases).
