  "text": "This Statutory Instrument has been printed in substitution of the SI of the same number and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that Statutory Instrument.\nDefence\nMade 4th February 2010\nComing into force 1st May 2010\nThe Secretary of State for Defence, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Military Lands Act 1892 and having complied with the consultation requirements of section 17(1) of that Act makes the following byelaws:",
