# The Atomic Weapons Establishment (Designation and Appointed Day) Order 1992, Article 3


The activities designated for the purposes of section 1(1) of the Act in relation to each of the premises designated by Article 2 of this Order are any activities connected with the development, production, or maintenance of nuclear devices or with research into such devices or their effects.
