# The Atomic Weapons Establishment (Designation and Appointed Day) Order 1992, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Order)
These Atomic Weapons Establishment Act 1991 applies in relation to such activities, carried on at such premises, as may abe designated by the Secretary of State. This Order designates those activities and premises, and also appoints a day for the purposes of the definition of “the qualified employees” in section 1(1) of the Act.
