  "text": "(1) Section 9A of the Wireless Telegraphy Act 2006 is amended as follows.\n(2) In subsection (3) —\n(a) after “provided” insert—\n“—”;\n(a)\n(b) after “2003” insert—\n“; or\n(b) otherwise than pursuant to a notification under section 368BA of the Communications Act 2003.”\n(3) In subsection (4), after “(3)” (in both places where it appears) insert “(a)”.\n(4) In subsection (5) after “(2)(b)” insert “ or (3)(b)”.",
