# The Audiovisual Media Services Regulations 2020, Regulation 22

Before section 368A insert—
“Audiovisual programmes
368ZA This Part applies in relation to the provision of programmes with or without sounds which consist of moving or still images, or of legible text, or of a combination of those things.”.
