# The Audit and Assessment Reports (Wales) Order 2010, Article 1: Title, commencement, interpretation and application

Extent: E+W

(1) The title of this Order is The Audit and Assessment Reports (Wales) Order 2010 and it comes into force on 30 November 2010.
(2) In this Order—
“the Measure” means the Local Government (Wales) Measure 2009; and
“report” means an audit and assessment report within the meaning of section 19(1) of the Measure.
(3) This Order applies in relation to Wales.
