# The Audit (Northern Ireland) Order 1987, Article 11: Reports to the Assembly


(1) The Comptroller and Auditor General may report to the Assembly the results of any examination carried out by him under Article 8 or 9.
(2) While section 1 of the Northern Ireland Act 2000 is in force, paragraph (1) shall have effect as if for the words “the Assembly” there were substituted the words “ the House of Commons ”.
