  "text": "(1) The 1954 c. 33 (N.I.) Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 1954 shall apply to Article 1 and the following provisions of this Order as it applies to a Measure of the Northern Ireland Assembly.\n(2) In this Order—\nDefinition rep. by 2001 c. 6 (NI)\n“the appointed day” means (except in Article 4A) the day appointed by order under Article 1(2);\n“Comptroller and Auditor General” means the Comptroller and Auditor General for Northern Ireland;\n“the Department” means the Department of Finance and Personnel;\nDefinition rep. by 1998 c. 47\n“statutory provision” has the meaning assigned to it by section 1(f) of the Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 1954.",
